As a Recruitment Consultant your role will involve:

· Developing new clients over the phone as well as face to face
· Generating and filling vacancies
· Attracting active and passive candidates within your market
· Managing the recruitment process
· To be successful in this role you will need to possess a talent developing new business as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates

You will also have:

· Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with people over the phone
· Motivation to achieve and exceed targets

Previous recruitment experience would be a significant advantage but what is essential is that you have the drive and ambition to develop and grow your own business. You must be able to demonstrate your desire to work in a targeted, sales driven environment.
