You’ll be supporting an individual to live independently, maintain daily routines, access the community, and enjoy activities that are important to him. Whether it’s helping build confidence, encouraging independence, or simply being a positive and reliable presence, your support will make a real difference.

This role offers a mixture of day and night shifts:
☀️ 8:00am – 8:00pm
🌙 8:00pm – 8:00am

Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates looking for work-life balance alongside a rewarding role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting a gentleman in his own home and within the community
• Encouraging independence and daily living skills
• Assisting with routines, appointments, and social activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Promoting choice, dignity, and person-centred support
• Working independently and as part of a wider support team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has previous support or care experience
✔ Is calm, patient, and reliable
✔ Has excellent communication skills
✔ Is confident working independently
✔ Holds a full UK driving licence
