Assistant Manager

ASA are currently working with a large, corporate organisation who are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their large finance team in Glasgow city centre. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team who are currently experiencing a period of exciting change.

As Assistant Manager, the role will be responsible for:

• Analysis of financial reports and results
• Manipulation of data to produce reports
• Ongoing process improvement
• Dealing with escalations from team
• Working closely with manager on various projects
• Overseeing a small team of transactional staff
• Training and development of staff and carrying out regular 121’s and reviews
• Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met accordingly

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong excel and systems skills
• Confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience of supervising a small team
• Worked in a large organisation in a similar role
