Care Assistants – Private Sector Care Homes (Fife)

Pay: £13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Locations: Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven, Cupar, Dunfermline & surrounding areas
Driving Licence: Not required – local placements available

ASA Recruitment is expanding across private sector care homes in Fife and is looking for caring, reliable individuals who can commit to 20+ hours per week. Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, we’ll help you gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a variety of care home settings.

For the right candidate, every placement has the potential to become permanent.

Shift Patterns:

• 08:00 – 20:00

• 20:00 – 08:00

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care, practical support, and emotional assistance to residents

• Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and comfort

• Work in a warm, person-centred environment

What You Need:

• Minimum 3 months’ recent experience in a care setting

• PVG membership (or willingness to update)

• SSSC registration or working towards it

• A caring, patient, and professional attitude

• Reliable, with strong communication skills

• No driving licence required
