Were recruiting permanent Support Workers to join a values-led, person-centred service in Crieff, supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical support needs.

This is more than a job its a chance to be a consistent part of someones life, helping them live with independence, dignity, and choice in their own home.

What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting individuals with daily routines, meal prep, medication, and community activities

Delivering personal care in a way thats respectful and unrushed

Encouraging independence through positive reinforcement and consistent routines

Being a calm and reliable presence during challenging moments

Accurately recording notes and contributing to care planning

About the Service:
Homely, shared accommodation not a care home

Warm and welcoming team with strong values and great teamwork

24/7 care, so youll work rotational shifts including days, backs, nights, and sleepovers

What You Need:
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential

A kind, reliable nature and a calm approach to challenging situations

Willingness to complete full training and register with the SSSC (well guide you)

A driving licence is helpful, but not required

Confidence with personal care and team communication

What Youll Get:
Permanent contract with stable hours

£12.60 per hour

Enhanced pay rates up to £16.80 for nights and weekends (after 12 weeks)
