Your responsibility’s:

*Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
*Monitor and assess residents’ health status, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
*Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
*Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating, as needed.
*Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
*Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each resident.
*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
*Educate residents and their families on health-related issues and care strategies.
*Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
