Are you a skilled Business Analyst with experience in process improvement and customer journey mapping? This is an exciting opportunity to support the Flooding Service Review and Flood Advisory Service projects, playing a key role in transforming services that make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with stakeholders to define the Flooding Business Strategy
Analyse and improve Flooding Business Processes
Design future-state customer journeys, processes, and target operating models
Identify and implement improvement opportunities within Flooding services
Collaborate across functions to ensure smooth project delivery, including working with Scottish Government teams
Lead and contribute to agile ceremonies and work in an agile environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Business Analysis using Agile methodologies
Strong skills in defining and analysing business processes and customer journeys
Ability to prepare business cases, feasibility studies, impact assessments, and requirements documentation
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and defining testing criteria
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
Public sector experience is a plus!
