Description

We are seeking a dedicated UAT Analyst (HR – RBAC) to join a significant public body in Scotland. This pivotal role involves being a part of a transformative programme aimed at enhancing corporate shared services across public entities through the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud. As a UAT Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, security, and reliability of Oracle Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll modules.

The Role:
As a UAT Analyst reporting to the Test Lead within the public body, your primary responsibility is to meticulously test and validate the functionalities of Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll. Your role encompasses various critical aspects, including testing Data Roles, Privileges, Security Policies, and enforcing security protocols to safeguard sensitive data in transactional processes and reporting.

Responsibilities:
· Thoroughly test and validate the functionalities of Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll, focusing on Data Roles, Privileges, and Security Policies.
· Ensure the enforcement of robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in transactional processes and reporting.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of data security.
· Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically focusing on HCM & Payroll modules.
· Communicate effectively and collaborate within diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
· Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience in Oracle Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) testing and configuration.
· Preferably possess Oracle HCM Certification or related credentials.
· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining top-tier data security standards.

Package on Offer:
· Remote working (UK only).
· Inside IR35.
· Initial contract until July 2024.
