We at ASA are looking to recruit experienced and passionate Care Assistants to work in Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy areas
The ideal candidate will have an excellent attitude towards work and really thrive on making a difference. You must be a great team player and have a good understanding of what is required of you. Good communication skills are essential.
Our aim is to ensure everyone we work with feels valued wither that be a resident we are supporting all the way to the staff we employ. We understand how difficult being a care assistant can be, so we are looking for the right people who are up to the challenge.
The role will include:
· Supporting residents with pay to day life
· Delivering person centred care at all times
· Following instructions
· Supporting with any activities
· Providing emotional support to residents
Benefits of these roles:
· Variety of shifts available 7 days per week. 07:30 – 15:00, 14:30 – 22:00, 21:45 – 07:45
