ASA Recruitment are working with a popular Glasgow educational institution to recruit a Procurement Coordinator. This contract role is suitable for candidates based in Glasgow to work on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Support tendering, contract management, spend analytics and supplier performance
• Lead on tender preparation and evaluation applying the procurement journey guidance and embedding sustainability throughout
• Assist in the development/updating of policies and procedures in line with changes in legislation and best practice
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational plans that are aimed at delivering the colleges strategic goals and objectives

So, what are we looking for?

• Relevant experience in a procurement setting
• Good understanding of procurement standards and legislation
• Working towards a CIPS certification
