Do you have strong Communications project experience?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest public sector client to source an experienced Communications Project Support Officer, this hybrid role is suitable for candidates based in the Glasgow area.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Develop, produce and manage project related communications activities, as well as support for internal and external communications as required, working with Communications leads to ensure consistency with CTITU approach
• Lead in scheduling and managing meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions including secretariat notes / minutes, both internal and external, in complex and demanding environments
• Ensure that key stakeholders are fully aware of and briefed on all project related activities including leading on developing key messages and narrative
• Working within a PMO environment, support Project Managers and the Programme Support Officer with key project management documentation including project initiation documents, project plans, risk and mitigation logs and on-going monitoring and evaluation

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of writing communications for internal and external audiences with high quality English
• Ability to produce and manage project related communications activities, as well as support for internal and external communications
• Ability to brief key stakeholders on all project related activities
• Experienced supporting project delivery, including development, management and maintenance of all project documentation
