Description

We are currently recruiting for Cooks/ Chefs to work within local authority establishments throughout Fife. Areas include – Leven, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline.

Cook/Chef requirements

* Understanding of COSHH procedures
* Understanding of HACCP procedures
* Relevant experience as a cook/chef
* Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
* Ability to provide a regular and effective service
* PVG member – application can be done through ASA
* Understanding dietary and nutritional needs
* Have good customer care, communication and organisational skills

In return we are offering:

· Flexibility – choose your working hours to suit your lifestyle with online shift bookings
· Holidays – holiday accrual based on amount of working hours
· Excellent rates of pay – starting from £13.50 p/h up to £27 p/h for Public Holidays.
· Mileage paid – 35p per mile to and from client minus first 5 miles
· ASA consultants are available to assist and support your needs from 7am until 10pm, 7 days a week
