ASA are recruiting for Home Care Workers to join our team to support our client in Aberdeen.

About the job;
This is a great opportunity for those with experience in the Healthcare industry to build your experience and work with a well known client in Aberdeen. You can expect every shift to be different and bring new rewarding situations every day. Working as a Home Care Worker you will visit different individuals in their own homes while following a route plan offering varied levels of care and companionship. Some visits may include assistance with personal care and mealtimes while others can see you interacting with residents, offering a friendly face and companionship. The standard hourly pay rate for this Home Care Worker role is £12.27 with enhanced weekend rate of £17.18.

About the applicant;
We are looking for applicants who have a minimum of 6 months experience working within Healthcare in the UK. Candidates with specific Home Care experience are ideal however if you are reliable, committed and confident working on a 1-1 basis when required you can also be successful in this role. You should be a good communicator, verbal and written, and an exceptional time keeper to ensure the route runs on smoothly on time. SVQ 2 or 3 in Social Care and full driving licence with own vehicle are preferred to increase available opportunities however not essential. Applicants will be required to apply for or update a PVG certificate prior to employment. SSSC registration also required within 6 months of working with ASA.
