Private Sector Housing Liaison Officer

Do you have a passion for property and developing and embedding an enhanced customer experience?

ASA are currently recruiting for a Private Sector Housing Liaison Officer to support teams in the delivery of mixed tenure contracts. Travel to locations across Aberdeen City may be required to meet the requirements of the role. Ability to participate in evening meeting may be required.

If you were in this role today, you would…
· Manage consultations with private owners which drives forward the way in which the organisation delivers it’s mixed tenure projects
· Be first point of contact for all property related enquiries relating to mixed tenure properties
· Contribute to the review, redesign and modernisation of end to end processes to maximise agreements, efficiency and improve customer experience
· Provide financial team with final account details following a review of final costs provided by Quantity Surveyor
· Deal with customer enquiries, members enquiries, complaints and repair issues

What it takes to be successful…
· Qualification in Residential Property Management
· Proven experience working with private owners and property maintenance
· Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently hold owner meetings
· A creative approach to problem solving, challenging blockages and resolving conflict
· Strong skills in using Microsoft 365 packages
