At ASA we are supporting one of our clients in the surrounding area of Peterhead and are looking for Care Assistants to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for care staff in the local area looking to develop their skills in the healthcare sector.

About the role:
As a Care Assistant working in this position you may find yourself working with adults of all ages or those with learning disabilities. Shift requirements can vary depending on individual care plans but can be expected to include personal care and manual handling if needed. Shifts are typically 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm but can vary slightly.

We can offer a range of shifts at a time and place convenient to you We can offer competitive pay rates from £10.90 to £15.98 per hour, paid weekly with additional holiday pay. You will have a devoted consultant on hand to support you through your working journey with ASA, including an out of hour’s service for evenings and weekends.

About you:
We know how important it is for Care Assistants to have a calm and collected approach to their shift – we are looking for someone who can work under pressure and remain professional at all times to offer the very best care. Ideally you would be flexible to work a range of shifts; mornings, afternoons and evenings along with possibility of nightshifts. The role of Care Assistant can sometimes be physically demanding so a good level of physical fitness would be beneficial. Own transport may be advantageous however location can be accessed via public transport.
