Do you hold a CPC card and currently looking for a new temporary position? Our client is currently recruiting and looking for Drivers in the Thurso area, to carry out road and winter maintenance duties as directed.

What your job will entail:-

• Carry out all aspects of Roads and Winter Maintenance.
• Carry out LGV driving duties including Winter Maintenance snow plough driving & gritting.
• Assist in specialist Roads Maintenance operations like Recycling, Surfacing, Surface Dressing and Drainage works among others.
• Provide cover for waste services.
• Provide cover for grounds maintenance works

What essential skills you require:

• Experience and knowledge of road maintenance work
• A full LGV C with full CPC Entitlement & Digi Card
• Ability to work outdoors in all weathers
• Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
• Ability to understand instructions and experience in the use of mobile technology.
• An awareness of Health and Safety at Work Act
• Experience of operating construction related plant or other construction related skill
