Team Leader / Site Manager

Description

Our client in Aberdeen require an experienced Team Leader / Site Manager to manage trades and projects within citywide properties in support of Senior Team Leaders

Typical working hours are 8am-4pm Mon to Fri (but may vary) with an hourly rate of £14.48 per hour (PAYE) plus holiday accrual.

The postholder must have practical knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry and Health and Safety requirements

The postholder will be expected to demonstrate:

* An understanding of how to make the best use of limited resources
* The ability to organise and manage a multi skilled workforce
* Manage Tradespersons schedules
* Meet required work and quality management standards in relation to quality control
* Ability to understand and meet customer requirements
* Proven ability to deliver property maintenance work within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards

Minimum required qualification criteria:

* Trade qualification to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* CSCS Card
* Current full UK driving license
* SSSTS or SMSTS
