Chef

Description

ASA are recruiting for an experiences Chef for our client Aberdeen. This role will see you catering for a popular sports club with additional functions and bookings coming to the festive period. The role requires availability to work Thursday to Sunday covering around 35 hours per week with additional week days where necessary.

As a Chef you will be responsible for:

• Menu planning and production
• Working closely to the menu specs and monitoring portion and waste control
• Managing an directing other kitchen staff where necessary
• Playing a key role in producing high quality meals
• Plating up orders to a consistently high standard

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Two references for your experience as a chef
• Your own Food Hygiene and Allergens certificates
• Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Motivation to work individually
