Responsibilities Include:

*Confidently know your way round a kitchen and able to support the cook in charge
*Be preparing and serving meals according to set menus
*Work to any specified dietary requirements
*Correctly label and store items in the fridge/freezer
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
*Preparation for daily service

Skills Required:

*Ability to work in a fast pace environment
*Strong communication skills
*Food safety certificate
*Allergens certificate (preferred)
*Keen eye for detail
