ASA Recruitment are seeking a liability claim handler for our nationwide client in the private sector.
As part of the claims handling team you will offer a full 360 degree claims service to our end clients, you will be responsible for handling public and employee liability claims.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Establish if cover is in place for the claim
· Record all claims on the digital claims handling system
· Investigate all liability claims either from the desk or by instructing loss adjusters
· Make the decision on liability
· Negotiate settlement of the claim
Desired skills and Experience
· Experience in policy of policy wording and terms and conditions
· Knowledge of the insurance market
· Must be able to work as part of a team
· Good planning and organisation skills
