ASA Recruitment is currently looking to acquire an experienced Cook with access to the Bridgeton area.
You will be working in the public catering sector to provide a quality breakfast, lunch and dinner service to up to forty service users at a local Housing Support Service for homeless individuals ran by a large public sector body.

The position is flexible and open to a full time Mon-Fri or part time four days on four days off schedule.

Key duties:
Supervise the running of the daily kitchen routine
Record temp controls
Liaise with the kitchen management team
Fridge management and labelling
Preparation for daily service

What we need from you:
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Strong communication skills
Food safety certificate
Allergens certificate (preferred)
Keen eye for detail
