Are you a Digital Accessibility Specialist?

ASA Recruitment are working with the largest public sector client in the country to source a Senior Accessibility Specialist. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Plan and execute accessibility reviews and technical audits according to business and project needs
• Advise colleagues on choice and application of appropriate design and development methods and tools to assure best practice and ensure that digital products are accessible and suited to the overall aims and objectives of the project
• Advocate for accessibility, assisted digital, and inclusive design practices and help teams design and deliver accessible services that work for all users
• Support teams to continually improve their understanding of accessibility and engagement with disabled users

So, what are we looking for?

• Advanced experience in digital accessibility
• Proven experience of leading accessibility projects and managing a team
• Strong people skills will be required as you influence, question and coach cross-functional teams and stakeholders
