ASA Recruitment are working alongside a popular Glasgow college to source an experienced Asset Manager, this role is suitable for candidates based in Glasgow and the surrounding area.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Manage the recording, monitoring and reporting on all College assets, both physical and digital
• Create, implement and maintain asset management procedures and processes to achieve control and secure all College assets
• Ensure robust performance management is implemented to effectively manage asset performance, both financial and non-financial.

So, what are we looking for?

• Demonstrable experience in an asset management role
• Experience of managing asset risk and performance
• Knowledge of value of money, life cycle costing and performance management
