Senior Care Assistant

We are searching for passionate Senior Care Assistants who are trained in the administration of medication and have an SVQ Level 2 or above. You will be working in or around the Glasgow area and will have a good understanding of the care industry and will be able to demonstrate this. Our client has a range of beautifully presented care homes which are all easily accessible via public transport.

Your responsibilities:
· Emotional and social support.
· Deliver high levels of care.
· Assist with the mobility of residents using relevant equipment and manual handling.
· Assist with immediate needs of residents, including but not limited to: washing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
· Administering medication to residents.

Essential requirements:
· At least 6 months care experience.
· SSSC (within 6 months of working with us)
· SVQ Level 2 or above.
