ASA are recruiting for Support Workers in Banchory who can deliver a high standard of care. If you have 6 months experience within the UK – we want to hear from you! We have several opportunities with varying shift patterns available including earlies, lates and nights.
The Support Worker role involves;
· A key focus on supporting the individual(s) in leading an independent life
· Physical support with daily activities
· Assisting with personal care
· Enabling the individual(s) to access the community for appointments or trips out
· Building safe and trusting relationships with the residents and their families
· Having a positive impact on the wellbeing of the residents and service users
The role requires you to update an existing PVG certificate or apply for a new membership if not already held. Experience with epilepsy would be beneficial for work in this location. Some qualities of an ideal applicant include trustworthy, compassionate, reliable and honest. You should also be comfortable working on a 1-1 basis and part of a small staff team.
