Description

We have a brand new vacancy for a cook to join our team for work within a local primary school. Based in Aberdeen, this position will see you working with the Cook in Charge to coordinate a smooth running lunch service for pupils and staff. We can offer you competitive rates of £11.24 per hour with 20+ hours available per week. The position is scheduled to start 23rd August 2022.

In the role of Cook you will;
· Confidently know your way round a kitchen and able to hit the ground running
· Work using your own initiative and with other members of the kitchen team
· Be preparing and serving meals according to set menus
· Work to any specified dietary requirements
· Have responsibility to manage labelling of items in the fridge/freezer
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen

If interested in this role you should;
· Be available to start work by 23rd August 2022
· Have Food Hygiene and Allergens Certificates
· Willing to obtain a new PVG if not already held
· Be able to provide two references for previous work
