ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest public sector client to source a Finance Project Support Manager for a largescale public programme, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.
If you started in this role today you would be…
- Collaborating with the programme on project-related activities to implement an effective payment process for each benefit, ensuring accounting, reporting and financial control requirements are met
- Applying a range of business analysis techniques to guide payment related service design and investigate problems, lead options appraisals and propose solutions
- Guiding the development of the as-is and to-be process flows, taking into account user needs and key financial control requirements
- Able to critically evaluate current payment related systems and processes, and identify opportunities to optimise these and mobilise initiatives to deliver improvements
So, what are we looking for?
- Strong business analysis experience in a business or digital project environment
- Background in finance or payment process would be highly advantageous
- Experience of process mapping and business requirements gathering
- Experience of working in an agile multi-disciplinary team environment
- Agile/PMP/PRINCE2 qualification would be highly advantageous
