Are you an experienced Data Analyst?

ASA Recruitment are working with one of Scotland’s largest public sector clients to source a People Data Analyst, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Scope and deliver a range of data, dashboards and reports to help inform and shape business decisions
• Provide accurate and timely data for a range of internal and external requirements, including monthly and annual cabinet office reporting, meeting customer needs in an efficient and automated approach
• Engage with a range of colleagues, participating in project and governance forums to provide subject matter expert insight and challenge
• Support the identification, evaluation and tracking of business benefits including via the people dashboard and with a significant focus on project specific outcome evaluation

So, what are we looking for?

• Excellent grasp of people metrics and people data analytics
• Experience in design and delivery of HR dashboards and people reports
• Knowledge of data extraction, processing, analysis/mining through to reporting
• Strength in synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories
