Box Office Staff

ASA Recruitment is searching for staff interested in working at the box office for the upcoming pipe band show at Glasgow Green. On the run up to the start of the position and anytime beyond, you are welcome and encouraged to continue working with us in one of our many Hospitality positions with view to continue at the box office whenever a vacancy becomes available.

Your Opportunity:
You will be working at the box office handling cash and tickets for attendees of the show, the shift will last from the morning until the evening but flexibility of hours is expected. You will be paid for all hours worked. Beyond the box office we have regular positions available in the following vacancies:

· Bar staff (training provided)
· Plate Waiting
· Wine Waiting
· Kitchen Portering
· Barista
· Kiosk Staff

Responsibilities include:
· Displaying a high standard of customer service.
· Maintain client/company confidentiality and security at all times.
· Handling of cash.
· Communication any customer complaints to the appropriate manager, ensuring that all complaints are being dealt with professionally.
