About the Client:
ASA are recruiting for Registered Nurses to join our expanding team of healthcare staff in Aberdeenshire. This will give you the opportunity to work within an established care home for the elderly set in the rural area of AB51. This home accommodates 26 residents offering both single and shares rooms.

Your Opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse working with ASA your shifts will bring many different responsibilities, challenges and opportunities. It is a position that is extremely rewarding as nurses have a very deep impact on many people’s lives. Duties may vary depending on individual dependency requirements of patients.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to contribute to improving wellness of their patients and will have a warm and caring personality. You must be extremely reliable and committed to your work with high levels of communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:
· Ensuring person centred care is delivered to the highest level at all times.
· Administering medication and dealing with other treatments and medical conditions.
· Accurate planning, recording and delivering of care plans.
· Building positive and supportive relationships with other care staff, residents and their families.
· Promoting independence, choice and dignity in all that you do.

· Weekly pay from £25-30 per hour with additional holiday pay and increased public holiday rates.

Requirements:
You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid pin from the Nursing and Midwifery Council as well as have a PVG membership. You must have the ability to lead a team of healthcare workers and have a strong knowledge of professional care standards and up to date clinical practices. You must be aware of Health and Safety procedures required in your role as Nurse and ensure they are followed.
