Support Worker

Your Role :-
· Providing high quality support for our clients
· Promoting Independence where possible
· Building strong relationships between clients and families
· Good communication
· PVG and SSSC registered

What We Are Looking For :-
· 6 months experience in either care or support work

SVQ 2 preferably but not essential
