Calling all Cooks! We are looking for passionate and committed Cooks to join our team to work within Local Authority schools for varying locations throughout the city of Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for a Cook without the late night and weekend working!

As a Chef you will be responsible for:
· Supporting the Chef in Charge with the running of the kitchen and playing a key role in maintaining high standards
· All aspects of food preparation
· Working closely to the menu specs and monitoring portion and waste control
· Cleaning of the kitchen work areas

To be considered for the role you should have:
· Two references for your experience as a chef
· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
· Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
· Food Hygiene and allergens certificates
· PVG Certificate (desirable for more work opportunities)
