ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client to find an experienced Learning and Development Designer to help with a public remuneration programme, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Designing blended learning solutions in an engaging and learner focused way, understanding the most appropriate media, story boarding and training scripts to build high quality digital and flexible content
• Working closely with operations, service design, learning and development functions to fully understand the outcome requirements of the programme to convert into appropriate learning material
• Creating new, and improving existing, learning and development packages in consultation and collaboration with educational colleagues, partners and key stakeholders.

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of creating digital media, story boarding and training scripts for educational purposes
• Experience of designing learning solutions involving sensitive subject matter
• Proficiency in creating tools to support flexible learning such as Articulate Rise 360, Microsoft applications and video creation solutions
• Ability to deliver complex technical information to a wide audience using creative and accessible mediums
