Are you an experienced Change Management professional looking for a new challenge with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client to source an experienced Delivery Train Lead to support a largescale public programme, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Aiding with the development of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology across the programme by supporting the roll out of Agile Release Train (ART) principles
• Accountable for tracking and managing delivery work streams across the ART within Jira Advanced Roadmaps
• Supporting Agile teams in the delivery of the ART components while coaching members of the team to maintain consistency across the programme
• Ensuring that risk and escalation processes are in place to support the ART

So, what are we looking for?

• You will have experience of Agile delivery in complex environments
• Experience of working in a Scaled Agile programme
• Experience of using Jira, preferably Jira Advanced Roadmaps
