Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking for a new challenge with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client to source an experienced Project Coordinator to support a largescale public programme, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Providing support to the Project Delivery Manager and Project Leads in order to ensure effective undertaking of business delivery activities across the programme
• Supporting a variety of team activities required to support regular senior engagements with other areas of the programme including collation of information, action chasing and updating plans
• Aiding documentation control and file management of joint products and documentation with other areas of the programme
• Providing support to Product Leads to ensure the effective management of daily activities within the team

So, what are we looking for?

• You will have experience in building professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, to drive delivery
• Experience in maintaining project documentation within or alongside project delivery
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to deliver to agreed timescales and deadlines
