Are you an experienced Proposals expert looking to find your next challenge in one of Scotland’s fastest expanding industries?

ASA Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Proposals and Business Development Coordinator for a permanent position with one of our rapidly expanding clients in the exciting Energy Sector.

This role would see the successful candidate…

• Receive and review invitation documentation from clients, identify information required and prepare documentation for kick off meetings for tender processes
• Constantly Maintaining the CRM system and client term contract database
• Setting up of proposals on internal systems
• Attending proposal kick off and progress meetings with external and internal stakeholders
• Assist with the management of e-procurement portals. Retrieve bid documentation for distribution, upload
• Record, distribute and maintain proposal documentation / correspondence

So, what are we looking for?

• The right candidate to have a methodical outlook with the ability to resolve matters if they arise
• APMP Foundation Level (or working towards)
• Demonstrable experience in proposal support and coordination
• Understanding of competitive tendering and sales processes
