Are you an experienced Finance Professional looking to find your next challenge in one of Scotland’s fastest expanding industries?

ASA Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant for a permanent position with an expanding client in the exciting Energy Sector.

This role would see the successful candidate…

• Running the complete timesheet process for the client from data entry, to queries and month end reporting and analysis
• Ad hoc assistance in Purchase Ledger (supplier invoice logging, processing)
• Manage and maintain rates information from payroll HR
• Creating and maintaining integral reporting structures for the client and external stakeholders
• Working as part of a close knit team, you’ll form an important part of the clients overall operational structure to ensure clients, workers and external agencies are paid on time

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of Corporate Systems(e.g. Sage, Replicon) would be highly advantageous
• Highly competent in the use of MS Excel and MS office packages
• HNC or equivalent in a relevant finance based subject
