At ASA we are recruiting for Care Assistants to work alongside our client in Inverbervie, Aberdeenshire. This is an extremely varied role perfect to develop your skills in the healthcare sector.
About the role:
As a Care Assistant with ASA you will be out working with our clients providing the highest level of person centred care to residents and those you are working with. You will be involved in all aspects of personal care including feeding, washing, dressing as well as acting as a friendly face and genuine companion while on shift. Moving and handling may be involved depending on individual requirements.

About you:
To join ASA as a Care Assistant you should be committed to providing the best possible care and support to residents. You should be reliable and hard working as well as friendly, kind and compassionate. Ideally you would be flexible to work a range of shifts; mornings, afternoons and evenings along with possibility of night shifts. The role of Care Assistant can sometimes be physically demanding so a good level of physical fitness would be beneficial. Own transport may be advantageous however location can be accessed via public transport. You should be a SSSC and PVG member and be willing to update this to work with ASA.

We can offer competitive pay rates from £10 to £11 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally you will accrue holiday pay from your very first shift and we have free training opportunities to support you in your role as a Care Assistant. You will have a dedicated consultant on hand to support you through your working journey with ASA, including an out of hour’s service for evenings and weekends.
