As a Chef, you will work with our clients within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Healthcare Catering environments throughout the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area. Working part-time or full-time hours, providing a perfect work-life balance to suit your needs throughout Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.

Our clients need Chefs of all grades to help facilitate day to day running of their kitchens. If you can provide quality skill sets and a passion for foods production, our clients would like to be working with you.

As a chef, you will be required to: –

· Prepare and present menu items
· Monitoring/Recording of kitchen temperature recording’s
· Liaise with kitchen management
· Fridge management and labelling
· Preparation for daily service
· Procurement of produce
· General kitchen housekeeping duties
· General kitchen duties

To be considered for this role as a chef you will require: –

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Food safety certificate
· Allergens certificate
· Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P and C.O.S.H.H
· Experience of working as a chef in high volume establishments
· Have an eye for detail
