Outstanding Opportunities have arisen in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area for Senior Chef de Partie and Chef de parties.

Our Client would like experienced Chefs to work in a fun energetic environment catering for events and daily food service. Our Clients need a Senior Chef de partie and Chef de parties to help supervise the day to day running of the kitchen in line with the kitchen management team in the Southwest of Glasgow. If you can provide quality skillsets and a passion for foods production, our client would like to be working with you.

This establishment has major plans for growth over the next few months. Opening up amazing opportunities for internal promotion and growth. This role would best suit a Chef-de-Partie looking to step up into a management role or a senior Chef-de-Partie looking to step to Sous Chef level.

As a Senior Chef de Partie and Chef de partie, you will be required to: –

· Supervise the running of the daily kitchen routine
· Recording of temps controls
· Liaise with the kitchen management team
· Fridge management and labelling
· Ability to mentor staff to become their best
· Preparation for daily service
· General kitchen duties

To be considered for this role Senior Chef de Partie and Chef de partie require: –

· Supervisory experience
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Food safety certificate
· Allergens certificate (preferred)
· Experience of working as a chef in high volume establishments
· Have an eye for detail

Job Benefits: –

· Wage: – £11.50 -£12.50 per hour (first 3 months probationary, moving to full-time contract after 3 months)
· Full time: 40 – 45 hrs per week
· Whites provided and laundered
· After a settling period of the team the rota will be 4 on 3 off
· Continuous PDP
· Potential for internal promotion
· Very sociable working hours
