ASA are looking for an experienced Operational Development and Learning Manager for one of our major public sector clients
The role:
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the head of the Organisational Development, Leadership and learning to play a key part in delivering the organisations key objectives and priorities set out that include:
o Enabling individual, team and service development
o Designing interventions that support effective service delivery
o Team based working and culture development
o Leadership development
o Implementation of change
To be successful in this role you will need:
· Extensive experience and success in applying consulting skills with director level individuals
· Extensive knowledge of Organisational Development practices, tools and methodologies with a proven track record of applied practice
· Proven track record of successfully delivering projects/ change within the public or private sectors using a project management skill set
· Excellent presentation skills
· Educated to degree level or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
This role offers a secure 3 month contract working 37.5 per week, fully remotely for a major public sector client
