Exciting part time opportunity available with ASA!

We are looking for enthusiastic catering assistants to join our existing team to work within local schools across Aberdeen. We can offer shifts from 10 to 20 hours per week with pay rate of £9.30 per hour as well as additional holiday accrual. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for work to fit around school hours and family life. We have various locations available that are easily accessed by public transport from the city centre.

As a Catering Assistant you will be:
· Working alongside the cook and kitchen staff
· Assisting in all aspects of food preparation
· Serving meals to the school pupils and using till equipment if required
· Practising safe food hygiene and use of equipment or cleaning agents
· Cleaning, organising and stocking the kitchen

Key requirements for the role of Catering Assistant within a schools includes a PVG certificate for Children or willingness to obtain. You should have similar previous experience and be able to provide two references detailing this.
