ASA Recruitment are delighted to be working with a prestigious public sector client with forthcoming contracts for General Operatives to work in the cleansing department. There will be opportunities across Glasgow, and the shifts will be working 4 days on and 4 days off.
Main duties:
- Collecting and loading waste from both domestic and commercial properties.
- Adhering to Health & Safety at all times.
- Reporting on work completed during the day.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manual role.
- A good standard of physical fitness as the role requires lifting and walking distances each day.
- A willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- An awareness of Health & Safety whilst working near machinery (paid training will be provided).
- Good customer service skills as the role can involve dealing with members of the public.
