Providing a service to clients in healthcare, Hotels, and Restaurants ASA Recruitment Is known for providing quality staff in quality positions. Our clients require Chefs of all grades to help in the running of vital services across the Greater Glasgow and Clyde areas.

Working within Care Home Environments, Hotels, and, Restaurants to name but a few. Our clients require quality Chefs to provide food production service to our client’s service users. Catering from 40 to 600 service users per day. Providing a breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. ASA can provide work in the perfect environment for you within the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.

As a chef, you will be required to: –

· Prepare and present menu items
· Monitoring/Recording of kitchen temperature recording’s
· Liaise with kitchen management
· Fridge management and labelling
· Preparation for daily service
· Procurement of produce
· General kitchen housekeeping duties
· General kitchen duties

To be considered for this role as a chef you will require: –

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Food safety certificate
· Allergens certificate
· Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P and C.O.S.H.H
· Experience of working as a chef in high volume establishments
· Have an eye for detail

Job Benefits: –
· Wage: – 12.25 – £13.50 per hr
· Weekly pay with a choice of shifts and working environment to fit around your availability
