Team Leader – Housing Support

ASA Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to work in Housing Support for West Lothian’s 8 Sheltered Housing Units

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team leader, who has the ambition and passion to succeed in the role.

The role of the Team Leader consists of but not all:
· Knowledge of best practice within health and social care.
· Be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
· Good Communicator and excellent written skills
· Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
· Be able to show empathy and understanding.

The requirements of the role are:
· SVQ 3 Certificate.
· Minimum of 6 months UK experience in similar role.
· Experience in staff and rota management experience.
· Two references required, one must be able to evidence care experience.
· Either be a PVG Scheme Member or be able to do an update
