Council Tax Recover Assistant

ASA Recruitment are working on behalf of a major public sector client in Aberdeen to recruit a full time temporary council tax recovery assistant. We are seeking a candidate with strong administration and communication skills, ideally having worked previously in finance.

As a council tax recovery assistant you will be able to:-

· Understand and apply complex regulations
· Have good numerical skills
· Have the ability to communicate to a high standard over the phone and face to face with customers.
· Be able to contact customers by means of writing, telephone, visits and cold calling

This role will require on-site training for the first week, you will then work from home on a 9-5 basis, Monday to Friday.
