Catering Assistant

ASA are seeking catering assistants for part time opportunities based in local schools. The work involved covers Monday to Friday during term time and is within school hours – perfect for those looking for work to suit around their children. Positions start from 10 hours per week and are temporary but of an ongoing nature and a great opportunity to make a start with our client.

Our ideal candidate is hardworking with a bubbly personality and can build relationships with the other staff and pupils. You should be ready to get stuck in and be a great team player.

Responsibilities Include:
· Being a key team player
· Aspects of preparation to support the cooks
· Serving staff and pupils to order in a timely manner
· Maintaining high levels of food hygiene at all times
· Tidying of any work spaces using correct products and following COSHH regulations

· Weekly pay of £9.92 per hour

Requirements:
A PVG certificate for children is essential for this role therefore you must be willing to apply for or update and existing PVG prior to employment.
