Time-served Joiner

Description

ASA have an immediate requirement for experienced Joiners to assist our public sector client for an initial period of 3 months.

In this role, you will assist with the maintenance of void and occupied housing, carrying out both planned and reactive repairs. You will

• Liaise with the depot and tenants to provide a first-class repairs service
• Ensure full compliance with current Health & Safety Policies and procedures.
• Travel effectively between locations provided on daily worksheet
• Follow a continual program of Risk Assessment in relation to your role.

Requirements for this role:

• Time-serviced Joiner with experience of working in a construction department
• Current CSCS card
• Full Driving License
• 2 satisfactory working references to be provided.

The role will operate 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional weekend overtime available. You will be provided with all power tools and the use of a company van within working hours. This contact is for an initial period of 3 months with the strong possibility of a contract extension.
