Support Worker

Description

ASA Recruitment are actively recruiting for Support Workers to begin work for clients across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire working within care homes and Sheltered Housing Units.
There are various opportunities available which bring with them excellent prospects in terms of specialised training and career development.
Daily duties will include, although subject to change as a Support Work is a flexible role with various duties:
· Supporting service users to live as independently as possible
· Assisting service users with activities and outings which support their aims and interests
· Providing the highest standards of care in line with agreed care plans
· Providing personal care and assistance with dressing
· Prompting and assisting with medication.
Experience Required to be a successful worker with ASA:
· Valid PVG membership
· 6 months care experience gained in the UK
· Previous experience of moving and handling training

Excellent rates of pay starting from £9.30
