Are you a Junior Desktop Analyst ready for your next contract in the Scottish public sector?

Our large scale public sector healthcare client are currently looking for a contract Junior Desktop Analyst to supplement their existing team for an initial 2 month assignment.

The Junior Desktop Analyst Role:

• The first point of contact for all support calls, incidents and service requests
• Undertaking account management tasks e.g. resetting passwords and unlocking, creating and deleting accounts
• Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of any incidents, problems and service requests
• Undertake hardware and software install ensuring that all documented procedures are adhered to
• To assist in major technology rollouts

Successful candidates for the Junior Desktop Analyst role will need:

• Their own transport and Driving license
• Previous experience of working in a service desk/field technician capacity
• Strong previous experience of troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines
• A capacity to work across various operating systems

This position falls inside of IR35 and rates shown are gross day rates based on engagement through umbrella
